3rd Solo Exhibion in Cape Town

The whole Cape Quarter Piazza in Greenpoint was turned into an African experience with open fires and African food from the barbecue/braai and Marimba music added to this special ambience.

Together with Martin I had chosen to show my newest additions to the Pride of Africa collection, which had not been showcased anywhere else before. We selected 12 high quality images from my latest trip to Kenya and presented them in the three largest editions. New and existing clients were very impressed by the edition of 6 size which is a 214x108cm Giclée print on Fine art paper as well as the prints in the new square format.

I loved to share my stories and meet a broad crowd of audience personally over three consecutive days.

The exhibition itself went over four weeks in November and I feel especially very proud of the sale of two large, edition 6 prints, which went to a client in Beverly Hills, USA.

We have also sold the last print of the “Pride of Africa” image in the edition of 10 to a German / South African couple. So there will be no more prints of the iconic lion in the Etosha Plains in this favorable size. This also adds value to all other prints already purchased. But you may still request for this image in the other editions of 50, 20, 15 and 6.

My coffee table book “Pride of Africa” has also been reprinted and is currently been shipped to Cape Town. We expect new copies to arrive in early 2016.Although the inside of the book has remained the same, we have changed the cover and added a french dust cover.

For the new year we do have lots of ideas on board already and hope to finalise lots of them in 2016!

We wish you and your loved ones a wonderful and peaceful festive season and we are looking forward to a successful New year ahead.
